The children in P1 made pizza today. The children have been looking at the story of the Pizza Princess in Literacy and today they got to make their very own pizza using a variety of toppings. Lots of learning took place from measuring to sharing and turn taking as well as following instructions. The children also found out about how cheese melts when heated. This lesson was full of cross curricular links and the children had so much fun.
