What a celebration of football it was for our Primary 5 children today in Fr Connolly Park along with their fellow gaels from Derrylatinee St Francis, St Mary's Cabragh, St Patrick's Dungannon, Our Lady's & St Mochua's Derrynoose, St Mary's Tullysaran, St John's Middletown, St Joseph's Madden, St Jarlath's Blackwatertown and Gaelscoil Aodh Rua.
Every child thoroughly enjoyed the go-games and competitive aspects of the blitz with Our Lady's & St Mochua's winning the girls' cup and St Jarlath's Blackwatertown winning the boys' cup. Claire McIntosh presented the cups to the winning captains after a morning of great football.
What a great occasion in memory of Paddy McIntosh which we hope to grow over the coming years.
