We had a fantastic turnout for our Grandparents' Day today as part of our Catholic Schools' Week celebrations!! Grandparents were able to tour the school and visit the classrooms before being treated to some refreshments in the Parochial Hall. Thanks to our Prefects for showing our special visitors around the classrooms! Children then visited them again in the Parochial Hall and the Primary 6's gave them a lovely prayer with the Primary 2's giving out a special gift!
Thank you to Mrs O'Lone, Mrs Daly & Mrs Mullan for setting up the hall supported by Mrs Hughes, Mrs Murtagh, Mrs Toye & Mrs Feeney. Thank you to Mrs Byrne for baking some goodies for the day and to all staff and children for preparing the warm welcome for our special grandparents.
All present were treated to some lovely music from our traditional group. Many thanks to Mrs Mullan for preparing the children for this!
