Today P4 celebrated World Mental Health Day. This year we have been putting a big emphasis on the importance of movement on our mood by trying to encourage both staff and pupils to move more throughout the day. The P4 class have made a video to showcase all the ways that they like to move throughout the school day to help them remain happy, focused and calm.
