Today the P3&4 class had a Zoom call with Dr Norah Patten, the famous irish astronaut. Norah was so delighted to catch up with Zara after meeting her on The Late Late Toy Show. Zara introduced Norah to her best friends and got to ask her about her upcoming trip into space. The children loved hearing about how Norah became interested in space and seeing some videos of her on the zero gravity aircraft! Norah answered all their questions and shared lots of information with the children. We are so grateful that Norah took the time to chat with the children, such a wonderful experience for them all. We can’t wait to see you BLAST OFF Norah!
