Our Primary 6&7 boys and girls travelled to the Mid Ulster Sports arena in Cookstown on Thursday to take part a cross country competition. The competition was very stiff from all over Tyrone and Derry. The course was a hilly 1.2km and the school was represented by 3 teams.
The children did their school proud with many runners finishing in the top ten in their race which had over 60 competitors in each race. The icing on the cake came at the end when our boys were announced as the top team on the day and a cup was presented to team captain James Daly.
